Ola Massage Policies
Ola Massage massage therapy is scheduled by appointments and walk-ins. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner and reserve your spot.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session.
If you arrive late for your appointment, Ola Massage practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
We do not accept insurance for massage services. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or workman’s comp please call us for more information.
Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. Contact our office for more information.
Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
